For most commercial entities, it goes without saying, but in the social media context, the number is correlated to the iconic likes and supportive or loyal stalwarts in the form of friends and followers. Given that the Instagram platform and its own editing tools are user-friendly, there can be no excuse for bypassing this essential task. And novice activists should not take for granted the casualness and friendliness evident on the social media platform. Do not for a moment believe that good-natured folks will not be discerning either. And it is a clear lack of professionalism to them if the post is littered with unnecessary errors. Warning red lights everywhere and definitely no likes.
Design tools provided by Instagram should be utilized for the purposes of establishing some degree of uniformity and the commercial or professional look, over and above the striving for a unique, picturesque, individual and recognizable impression. Users do have the liberty of utilizing alternative tools wide of the platform but then they do need to ensure that they have the requisite skills to manipulate their platform.
Links should be used strategically in order to create greater exposure. But particularly if you are new to the professional practice of promoting and marketing yourself on a social media platform, this practice is easier said than done. It does require time and patient practice to operate flawlessly.
